Purpose
To evaluate long term clinical outcomes of small incision lenticule extraction for the treatment of myopia and myopic astigmatism.

Methods
The initial sample consisted of 100 myopic eyes of 52 patients treated sequentially with Small Incision Lenticule Extraction. The patients were followed up at regular intervals for 1 year following surgery. Five years after surgery, all 52 patients were invited to come for a follow-up visit. Till last count, 31 patients (62 eyes) came for a follow-up visit. Outcome measurements included UDVA, CDVA, refraction, corneal thickness, IOP. We also measured corneal topography and wavefront aberrations.

Results
Final Results will be updated later.

Conclusion
Conclusions will be updated once the final results are complete.
