Purpose
To evaluate outcome of toric IOL in pediatric cataract cases (more than 6 years)

Methods
Pediatric cataract cases with asigmatism has undergone toric IOL implantation.

Results
The visual outcome was satisfactory without any significant complication.

Conclusion
Implantation of toric IOL is useful in pediatric cases
