Video shows phaco in cataracts with corneal opacity, adherent leucoma and with small pupil. Phaco is done by modified chop technique. Alternative techniques of illumination used are highlighted. Phaco in cases with corneal opacity are challenging. Good results can be seen with proper planning, adjusting illumination and altering phaco techniques.
