Course 21-205  Pitfalls of the Novice Cataract Surgeon

Course Description
Course will highlight challenges experienced by novice surgeons in the mastery of phacoemulsification. Pearls and pitfalls in IOL selection, incisions, capsulorhexis, nuclear and cortical removal, IOL insertion, and technical and psychological management of complications, will be discussed in detail. Experienced surgical teachers will provide videos and panel discussions. Course is targeted to residents and clinical fellows.
