Course 21-109  Medicolegal Issues in Cataract and Refractive Surgery

Course Description
Course will use brief lectures, case presentations, and Q & A to explore the latest malpractice issues in refractive and cataract surgery. Expert faculty will include a defense attorney, refractive surgeons, and experts in mediation and loss prevention. There will be adequate opportunity for one-on-one discussion with faculty after the course.
