Course Description
Course will discuss causes of less than perfect outcomes after uneventful cataract surgery and formulate a plan to manage them. Topics include corneal pathologies, dry eye, keratitis medicamentosa, undetected preoperative astigmatism, problems with multifocal IOLs, PCO, dysphotopsia, IOL and capsular bag decentration, unexpected postoperative ametropia, and subtle macular pathologies.
