Course Description
Course will provide pearls from panelists with experience handling the most difficult cases, including rock-hard nuclei, white intumescent cataracts, PXE with small pupils, and zonular instability. Tips on selecting phacoemulsification or ECCE as well as techniques for IOL repositioning and complication management will be included. The format will include video and panel discussions.
