Course Description
Course will present management of cornea ectasia (keratoconus/post-refractive surgery). Surgical treatment modalities used internationally will be presented, including CXL with UVA to halt ectasia, combined with custom excimer laser ablation, use of the contact lens spacer in thinner corneas, and topography on variable-fluence custom CXL. Early and late complications will be discussed.
