Course Description
Course will discuss and demonstrate the best techniques to perform FLACS in difficult situations such as rock-hard, intumescent, soft, posterior polar, and subluxated cataracts and cataracts in the presence of miotic pupils, pseudoexfoliation, compromised endothelium, and a shallow anterior chamber. Correcting corneal astigmatism with femtosecond laser astigmatic keratotomy will be discussed.
