Course will offer strategies for dealing with unhappy patients effectively and efficiently. Unhappy patients can pose a professional liability risk to a practice due to the behaviors exhibited. Identifying these patients early, and managing them effectively, helps improve the quality of care provided, creates better communication, and improves compliance.
