October 11	Deadline to submit all abstracts for ASCRS instructional courses, papers, electronic posters, films, and ASOA practice management courses Deadline for all faculty to complete Financial Interest Disclosure and ASCRS Faculty CME Review
December 10	ASCRS and ASOA will send notifications of acceptance/decline via e-mail
