All Faculty members who participate in the ASCRS Annual Meeting Program, ASOA program or other ASCRS CME Programs are required to submit a Financial Interest Disclosure reflecting the last two years/24 months, and complete the Faculty CME Review, including:
- Planners, presenters, moderators and panelists for General Sessions and Symposia
- Lead instructors and co-instructors for Instructional Courses
- Lead authors/presenters of Scientific Papers
- Lead authors of Electronic Posters
- Lead creators/presenters of Scientific Films
- Leaders of Expert Roundtable Sessions
- Lead instructors and co-instructors for ASOA Practice Management Courses
This Financial Interest Disclosure and ASCRS Faculty CME Review will be applied to all ASCRS CME programs in a September-August cycle. Please save your confirmation email for your records.
