A super-wide-angle fundus camera 200Tx allows 200-degree observation of the peripheral fundus. We used this camera for a patient with traumatic scleral rupture and vitreous prolapse, which made adequate funduscopic examination impossible, and found 3 eyelashes. Video shows the eyelash removal with 25-gauge vitrectomy, which could not be detected with CT or standard funduscopy.
