Phacocapsulotomy consists of the following steps: a small opening made with Kelmen tip in the center of the anterior capsule; directly go to position 3 with moderate vacuum; punch out a hole in anterior capsule. This allows a safe capsulorhexis. Video compares this technique with conventional capsulorhexis.
