F33 Viscoelastic-Free Femtosecond Laser–Assisted Cataract Surgery

Femtosecond laser cataract treatment is followed by a complete viscoelastic-free cataract extraction and lens insertion. Anterior chamber is maintained with the microincisional irrigation handpiece throughout surgery with no complications.
