Video presents a patient with refractory glaucoma, status post multiple ocular surgeries with visible ciliary processes.  Due to conjunctival scarring and the patient's desire to avoid further surgery, we proceeded with transpupillary argon ciliary ablation.  Given the popularity of endocyclophotocoagulation, we present this procedure as a noninvasive alternative in select patients.
