Chronic glaucoma with PEX leads to the development of elevated IOP by increasing conventional outflow resistance and the IOL is dislocated with zonular weakness after cataract surgery. In such a case, scleral suture fixation of the IOL and glaucoma surgery to reduce outflow resistance are suitable procedures. Video will show efficacy of IOP reduction with combined cleaning of Schlemm canal and total lens capsulectomy.
