F146 One-Step Transepithelial Photorefractive Keratectomy

We present and analyze our results with transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy, a single-step treatment that superimposes an aspheric ablation profile with a defined epithelial thickness profile without interrupting the ablation. The 1-step technique is a standardized surface ablation offering a very short treatment time and avoiding dehydration of the stroma.
