An iPhone affixed with an 11 D IOL was used to record the inferior (posterior) corneal changes during wet-lab-based human cornea deep anterior lamellar surgery. Video presents both the superior and inferior views, differentiating penetrating and nonpenetrating air entry  into the anterior chamber, and viscodissection to achieve the big bubble.  Indirect signs of nonpenetrating air entry guide further attempts at big-bubble formation, thereby decreasing conversion to penetrating keratoplasty.
