Selective keratoplasty such as ALK, DALK, DSEK, and DMEK are now done routinely. Until recently, artificial corneas were largely one-size fits all. Video presnts femtosecond-assisted implantation of a variable-depth foldable artificial cornea (KeraKlear XT). The artificial cornea comes in different thicknesses to allow customized treatment depending on the depth of the corneal pathology and the type of corneal pathology. Surgical technique and results will be presented.
