Video presents a novel and cheap method of using autoconjuctival graft in pterygium surgery. The conjuctiva is taken from the superior temporal area along with the limbal stem cells and placed in the bare area created after the pterygium is removed. The blood oozing from the cut conjuctival ends is used as bioglue.  No external materials such as, bioglue, or mitomycin C are used. The healing was uneventful, and the patients remained quite comfortable.
