Based on a case of bilateral, spontaneous, in-the-bag intraocular lens (IOL) anterior partial dislocation following a routine annual eye examination, video describes the increasing problem of late postoperative in-the-bag IOL subluxation/dislocation in eyes with pseudoexfoliation, including diagnosis and surgical management.
