Computational fluid dynamics during phacoemulsification with a flow streamline is simulated and analyzed using the Fluent software.  Different incision sizes were considered for comparing pressure, fluid turbulence, velocity and temperature interference of the tip, with the fluidics in a 3D model of the anterior chamber as an enclosed fluid domain by applying K-epsilon turbulent model.
