F106 Three-Point Scleral Fixation of Single-Piece Acrylic IOL to Prevent Tilting

Video will present a new surgical technique of scleral fixation capable of small incision using foldable single-piece acrylic IOL that minimizes corneal astigmatism.  In our experience, the 3-point scleral fixation technique minimized IOL tilting and improved visual quality because of precise IOL centering, as well as the use of a foldable single-piece acrylic IOL.
