In India, we often see aphakic corneal decompensations and failed optical PKP with aphakia. These cases must undergo endothelial keratoplasty, along with an IOL implantation as a support for air tamponade in the anterior chamber. This new technique is aimed at performing glued IOL through extremely hazy corneas, providing support for the donor disc and complete the EK procedure.
