Purpose
We would like to discuss the patient satisfaction with the flexible irisfixation PIOL for the correction of myopia and astigmatism.
Methods
My paper will cover 250 cases of implantation of the flexible irisfixation PIOL. A short review is presented about the technique and design of the lens and our results with focus on patient satisfaction.
Results
Our results show promising results with a high score of patient satisfaction.
Conclusion
After the rigid iris fixation IOL a new flexible iris fixation IOL has been developed which proves to be a safe technique and has a high percentage of patient satisfaction.
