Video will present a repositioning surgery using a ciliary sulcus injector for severe cyclodialysis and iridodialysis. A ciliary sulcus injector is a device that assists passage of the suture thread into the ciliary sulcus during IOL fixation. Using a ciliary sulcus injector, suturing the ruptured region of the ciliary body (ciliary sulcus) to the sclera was performed.
