F67 A Tough Explantation

A case report of a densely opacified IOL associated with dense after-cataract. The explantation technique involved several maneuvers of dissection of synechiae, tackling parts of the tough after-cataract obstructing the visual axis, demonstrating visco-, sharp-, and blunt dissection, followed by careful explantation of the lens and secondary IOL implantation.
