Cataract surgery in pseudoexfoliation cataracts is challenging due to weak zonular fibers, poor mydriasis, and increased incidence of intra- and postoperative complications. Video highlights various surgical techniques in managing PXF cataracts of various grades: manual small incision cataract surgery, phacoemulsification, and MICS. These techniques will give good results in PXF cataracts.
