F168 Unexpected Entrance Into Pre-Dua-Descemet Space During Surgical Treatment of Post-Traumatic Endophthalmitis: Unusual Complication

We present the surgical treatment of a 1-week evolution posttraumatic endophthalmitis that appeared after an accidental fall with a blowout of the previous PKP wound.  We highlight not only the anterior chamber washing and resuturing of the corneal wound, but especially the unusual complication of an unexpected entrance into the pre-dua-Descemet space.
