F26 First IOL Implanted through a 1.4 Mm Incision without Enlarging It

A new IOL has made bimanual technique possible without obstacles as a standard phaco procedure or after femtoseocnd laser-assisted cataract surgery. The IOL allows bimanual cataract surgery through a small, watertight incision of 1.4 mm that is not enlarged during implantation. Cataract surgery can be optimized at an unprecedented level with small, precise incisions (bimanual or femtocataract), reduction of ultrasound delivery (cavitation or femtocataract) and with a new generation IOL.
