Video presents iris-claw for aphakia IOL in exchanging an anterior chamber IOL or a dislocated IOL in bulbous keratopathy when combined with bladeless (femtosecond laser-assisted) DSAEK to establish higher accuracy, safety, and predictability.  The retropupillary fixation of the aphakia IOL offers an excellent alternative in patients with corneal pathology.
