Video shows a premature child diagnosed with ROP. An intravitreal bevacizumab was injected and a few days after injection the child developed  a suspected cataract and an iatrogenic posterior capsule rupture with secondary cataract. Ultrasound scan showed attached retina but was inconclusive about the posterior capsule. At about two months of age the child was taken up for surgery for a unilateral cataract and an intraocular lens implantation was planned.
