Direct Visualization of Aqueous Tear Secretion From Lacrimal Gland: Hosik Test

After exposing the palpebral lobe of a human main lacrimal gland by lifting the lateral part of the upper lid, we apply fluorescein dye at the conjunctiva on the gland. Then, we can observe direct tear secretion from lacrimal gland openings.
