Diabetic retinopathy-induced neovascular glaucoma makes it very difficult to control intraocular pressure. Video will show surgical strategy of conventional aqueous outflow reconstruction including fibrovascular membrane removal on the iris, goniosynechialysis, Schlemm’s canal enlargement and also vitreoretinal surgery with laser photo coagulation for back to normal IOP.
