Purpose
To prospectively analyze visual outcomes and quality of life after diffractive multifocal IOL implantation following laser refractive cataract surgery.

Methods
Fifty-seven consecutive eyes which underwent diffractive multifocal IOL implantation following laser refractive cataract surgery were prospectively analyzed to evaluate uncorrected and best corrected visual acuity for near and distance, residual refractive error, higher-order aberrations and quality of life based upon a standard questionnaire. The analysis was done 6 months following the surgery.

Results
So far, 43 eyes have undergone 6 months postoperative check-up. The study will be completed and the final results and conclusion would be submitted before January 31st.

Conclusion
So far 43 eyes have undergone 6 months postoperative check-up. The study will be completed and the final results and conclusion would be submitted before January 31st.
