For lens dislocation, ophthalmologists have been developing closed eye surgery with smaller incision for stabilizing anterior chamber rather than one with large incision, such as intracapsular cataract extraction. Here, we invented a new technique for holding an unstable lens during PEA. Yakitori lens fixation technique is stabbing a lens with a 27 gauge needle from a temporal to a nasal side port.
