Purpose
To evaluate the outcomes of eyes that have undergone both endothelial keratoplasty and glaucoma drainage device implantation.

Methods
In this retrospective review, we will evaluate the outcomes of approximately 20 eyes that have undergone both endothelial keratoplasty and glaucoma drainage device implantation at our institution. Patients will be stratified by the timing of surgeries. Primary outcomes will be graft survival and control of intraocular pressure. Secondary outcomes will include visual acuity, rate of graft dislocation, need for additional glaucoma medications, and need for additional surgery.

Results
The above outcomes will be reported.

Conclusion
We will report outcomes in eyes undergoing both surgeries and the effect of surgical timing on graft survival and control of intraocular pressure.
