Video shows deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty in a unique case of presumed total corneal opacity on optical coherence tomography, where an “annular” bubble was achieved. Steps involved in removal of the posterior stroma to reach the uninvolved clear descemet's membrane (DM) for successful completion of the procedure will be elucidated, thus highlighting the need for direct inspection of DM.
