Video describes steps in performing combined procedure of DALK using manual dissection through superior scleral tunnel and manual small incision cataract surgery through temporal tunnel. This technique can be used for early visual rehabilitation in a select group of patients requiring triple procedure where simultaneous phacoemulsification cannot be performed for any reason.
