Complete DALK With Partial Big Bubble

Complete DALK done up to Descemet’s membrane for poor BCVA post ICRS. Partial big bubble up to ICRS placement area was achieved. This video highlights that scars, ICRS or thin cornea can be suitable for big bubble DALK and penetrating keratoplasty can be avoided.
