Video shows the unusual complication of accidental implantation of IOL into corneal stromal pocket during 2.2 mm microcoaxial phacoemulsification. The IOL was explanted and re-implanted in the capsular bag. Intraoperative sequence of events leading to a rare complication of wound assisted IOL implantation, its management, prevention and postoperative outcome are discussed.
