Iris Prolapse in Cataract Surgery: Surgical Management Step By Step

Video shows surgical procedures to treat this intraoperative complication in a surgical treatment scale depending on the severity of the iris hernia. We describe a new surgical maneuver, that consists in gently tapping onto the corneal incision, to resolve the first stages of this common surgical problem.
