D-Trek: A Fellows Log of Boldly Exploring New Frontiers in Endothelial Keratoplasty

We chart a fellow’s first year performing DSAEK, DMEK and DLEK. We highlight challenges and outline the strategies used to make the surgery simpler. We conclude with advice on case selection, the surgical learning curve and outcomes of the first 75 cases performed by the fellow.
