This new technique for mild to moderate keratoconus involves injection of 0.25% riboflavin into a femtosecond enabled pocket created at 100 µm depth, followed by insertion of a doughnut shaped cryopreserved lenticule into the pocket. Finally, the eye is exposed to UV-A at 30 mW/cm 2 for 3.3 min.
