Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty Graft Insertion Using Busin Glide and Intraocular Forceps

Previously described techniques for Descemet’s membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) graft insertion include the use of Jones tube and IOL injectors. In this video we describe the use of a Busin glide and intraocular forceps for inserting a DMEK graft. This allows for easier unfolding and preserves endothelial cell integrity.
