Simple Sutureless Intrascleral Fixation Technique of Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens

This study is aimed to introduce a new technique for intrascleral fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) when there is insufficient or no capsular support. It is a simple and safe method, which conducts sutureless intrascleral fixation using scleral grooves, but does not require the creation of scleral flaps or fibrin glues.
