Video describes the adoption of new techniques during various stages of cataract surgery when assisted by the femtosecond laser. Video describes modification of routine steps like incision entry, capsule removal, hydrodissection and nuclues and cortex management to make the learning curve for FLACS less steep. A better outcome can thus be assured even during early cases for a newly transitioned surgeon.
