This video offers a systematic way to analyze computed tomography scans in patients with ocular trauma resulting in intraocular injury. It is designed primarily for ophthalmologists in training, but for trained ophthalmologists, it will serve as a refresher on the finer aspects of axial, coronal and sagittal views in the detection and description of various signs of intraocular injury.  We will mention sensitivity and specificities of these findings when the literature has reported them.
