Managing a Lens Coloboma Cataract: Femtosecond Laser Assisted Versus Manual Technique

This video shows my real-time approach to a patient with a very mature cataract in the setting of a three to four clock hour inferior lens coloboma.  The video shows the abnormal appearance of the laser OCT, the femtosecond planning dilemma and ultimately the way the case was handled manually.
